POSITION: Junior Marketing Manager.

Join this growing Health Care Benefits company in their dynamic Marketing Department. As an Acquisition team member, you will support and execute all lead generation activities including direct mail, print advertising, DRTV, web and more.
- Manage events, sponsorships and seminars
- Engage with Sales department to assess needs and produce materials/initiatives necessary to achieve growth and retention goals
- Manage sales and physician marketing toolkit
- Create training, presentations, materials, seminar invitations, rep flyers, holiday cards and more
- Coordinate activities for Broker network (credentialing, material requests, commissions) and Agent referral programs
- Create pre-enrollment member materials
- Execute competitive research, tracking and analysis
Additional objectives:
- Development, support and execution of member-get-member initiatives
- Tracking or filing of member acquisition material and initiatives
- Building, tracking and reconciling project budgets and invoicing
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years related Marketing experience
- Self-starter and get-it-done, proprietary attitude
- Able to work collaboratively with internal departments (Sales, Compliance, Member Services and more)
- Organized worker with strong project management and time management skills
- Able to handle multiple task and changing deadlines in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Able to exercise independent judgment within policy and procedure guidelines
