On-Demand, Web 2.0 Developer

We are in search of a highly self-motivated, driven individual with experience in designing, building and maintaining Rich Internet Applications to join our team.
You will be working in an highly agile environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven design methods. Leveraging our partnerships with On Demand leaders like Salesforce.com, Google, Amazon, Workday, Xactly, Clickability, SuccessFactors and others, you will be working directly with our clients to create cutting-edge solutions to their business problems. The bulk of the work will be working with salesforce.com.
Our ideal candidate:
2-5 Years of Experience
Web bases programming experience – Java, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, AJAX
Database Background: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
Data Migration / Data Quality – D&B or Demand Tools
A HUGE plus for those with knowledge / experience with : VisualForce, Apex, Salesforce.com
Required Skills:
Knowledge of programming, debugging, and testing applications written for a Web 2.0 environment
Excellent personal and communication skills
Highly motivated personality
Likes challenges
And fun to work with
