Versatile Staffing provides comprehensive IT outsourcing services for companies that are committed to technical growth and remaining competitive. We provide full service consulting, specializing in client server, Infrastructure and mainframe systems. We are dedicated to providing the personal attention that is required in understanding the needs of each of our customers.
Due to our clients outstanding growth we are currently looking for a PC Technician. In Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx…Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation. You will be reimbursed for travel.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Two to five years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• A+ Certification (required)
• Network+ Certification (preferred)
• Dell, IBM, and HP Certification (preferred)
Responsibilities:
• Ability to perform advanced complex repairs and upgrades on a wide variety of computers and peripherals.
• Knowledge in Microsoft windows, Lexmark printers and IBM laptops.
• Ability to simultaneously coordinate and complete multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments .
Must Haves:
Reliable transportation and Pass a Criminal background check
