Heavy.com, one of the Web’s leading entertainment brands for men, is looking for a motiavted, smart,
and technically saavy individual to join our Ad Operations team. The Ad Operations Specialist will
traffick ad campaigns in DART, monitor campaign performance, and QA all ad creative to ensure correct
functionality. He/She is also responsible for working with our analytics provider to generate website
audience reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ad Trafficking: Day-to-day loading and management of ad campaigns into DFP.
• Creative QA: Receive, File, QA and implement all ad creative
• Compliance: Maintain screenshot database for all active campaigns
• Reporting: Provide campaign knowledge for off-shore reporting team and assist with Daily
Delivery Reports as needed
• Communication: Work with agencies and internal sales and client services team to resolve
technical issues around ad creative, ad delivery, & tagging issues
JOB SKILLS:
• Ability to effectively operate within a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
• Working knowledge of Doubleclick’s DFP
• Excellent organization and communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong Excel experience
EXPERIENCE:
• at least 1 year`s experience in online advertising operations, including ad serving systems
such as DART or Atlas.
EDUCATION:
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
