We have excellent opportunities in our expanding e-Business department in our White Plains, NY office location. We are currently seeking e-Business Analysts that will have the below responsibilities.

Matter Intake Quality Control:

Identification and documentation of essential matter data requirements for e-billing compliance

Ensuring all required data is gathered at file opening for e-matters

Ensuring all e-matters are set-up within the clients middleware system

Validating internal matter level data v. external middleware matter data to ensure consistency

Developing follow-up procedures and accountability reports to monitor progress on gathering missing or inaccurate matter data

Creating internal matter tables that reflect external environments

Documenting new elite case intake procedures for client specific e-new matter forms

Timekeeper Maintenance:

Creating internal control lists that reflect approved timekeepers listed on middleware systems

Updating middleware timekeeper data for billing compliance (atty class level, rates, new Attys)

Reporting on timekeeper non compliance

Document new elite timekeeper compliance specifications

Budget Tracking:

Developing custom templates that reflect client budgeting requirements

Develop reporting that tracks actual billing v budgeted amount

Report on non-compliance

Document new elite budget application specifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

*1 plus years of relevant experience in a professional service firm, law firm experience preferred

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Proficiency in Excel a must

*Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

*Team player attitude and strong work ethic

*Excellent time management and communication skills
