Then Network Support Specialist is responsible for supporting upgrading and maintaining servers, desktops and network devices at client sites.
Required Skills
1. 3+ Years Hands-on experience supporting Windows networks
2. Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
3. In depth working knowledge of Windows XP, Vista and Microsoft Office
4. Experience working in a NOC environment (Big Plus)
5. First Class Customer Service
6. Superb communication skills
About this Position
This is a job based out of EZ MSP’s Yonkers office. We are located on the Yonkers Waterfront right next to the Metro North Yonkers stop. We will provide training in all technical areas. This position will require travel to our clients located across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and therefore requires a car. This position will require working after regular business hours as required by our clients.
