A reputable regional contractor urgently requires a permanent Site Manager to number one various refurbishment, fit out and new build projects in London, Kent and Sussex from Ј300K to Ј2M and number two projects up to 10M. The client provides a complete Design and Construct service within the education, leisure, commercial & public sector
The ideal candidate will need 8 years experience in the trade and at least 4 years experience of managing various projects within time and budget constraints.
Communication and strong management skills are essential as the position has great responsibility for organising sub-contractors and permanent staff.
In return our client is offering salary between Ј35,000 - Ј40,000 (plus car*car allowance, pension and health cover).
