We offer a dynamic, fast-paced working environment that requires closely following world financial market movements and news while interacting in real-time with current and prospective clients. We are seeking to build a diverse Sales and client support team of financial professionals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teamwork, financial sales, continued learning, and who are looking to grow within the company. Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):
• Providing support for both institutional clients and self-trading individual customers from all over the world
• Discussing the financial markets and what moves them
• Assisting customers with account inquiries
• Processing incoming account applications
• Speaking about our trading platform and the FX market with prospective clients
• Using an intelligent soft sales approach from a reputable company with no cold calling
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients through phone, email
Qualifications:
• Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
• Must have the ability to speak, read and write in Japanese
• Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings (by shifts)
• Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events
• Write and speak persuasively and clearly
• Think quickly and problem-solve in real-time
• Strong work ethic
• Bachelor degree in a related area with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Follow economics, international finance, foreign exchange and international news events
• Basic technical knowledge and experience in the financial markets a plus

Salary: $40K base plus quarterly bonuses and potential discretionary bonus
*Average total compensation for first year associates is between $65-70K
