We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Operations Manager. This role is key in managing and support our CRM systems, manage processes and must be tactical as well as strategic in this role.
Primary Responsibilities :
Marketing Database Management. Oversee the creation of customers marketing database to support direct account and indirect channel sales business opportunity development. Consistently ensure the timeliness, accuracy, validation and efficiency of use. Understand, quantify, update and segment contacts in database Sales Lead Generation / Qualification Programs.
Coordinate customers direct marketing agency (telemarketing) lead generation / qualification program. Develop a closed-loop lead generation process to monitor customers sales pipeline activity and track the effectiveness of the customers lead development program.
Coordinate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Implementation. Oversee CRM implementation with business development team, including training, opportunity pipeline creation and field sales activity tracking and monthly reporting.
The role requires the individual to be versed in process development, raining, analytics and configuration of a CRM solution. The individual should be experienced in leveraging technology solutions to optimize and automate sales, marketing and customer support processes. Strong communication (verbal and written) as well as collaboration and troubleshooting skills are required to support Human Capital Institute segments within the US division
Key attributes include the ability to work with individuals at multiple levels within the organization and strong organizational and project management skills. This position requires the ability to work with confidential information and adhere to strict deadlines. The individual must have the capacity to contemplate corporate and segment requirements proactively and seek out new technology and establish methodology to solve business issues.
Collaborate with cross-departmental team members to capture product feature, benefits and specifications for customer, product or application segment promotional plans.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge, understanding and development of Oracle, Salesforce, Cibel and other home grown systems.
Strong project management skills
Sophisticated report writing
A high standard of written, presentation and verbal communication.
Participate in creating systems requirements for technology implementation for sales, marketing and customer support
2 years + working hand on and technically with CRM systems including Salesforce, Oracle, Cibel and others.
Bachelor`s degree strongly preferred.
