Immediate Job Opening
We are looking for a full-time senior network engineer for work in our Westchester Office. Job will require travel to customers` offices in the NY Tri-state area approx 25% of the time. We are seeking a knowledgeable, professional Senior Network Engineer to help us support and develop client/partner installations in the local area.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
• 5+ years in the technology field
• 3+ years experience as Senior Network Engineer
• 2+ Years experience as the final point of escalation for networking issues within an organization
• Strong knowledge & experience working in all layers of the OSI Model.
• Strong knowledge of wired and wireless networks
• Working knowledge of Relational SQL Server 2000 and 2005, Virtualization & Citrix
• Must be able to install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2000/2003, IIS and SQL server.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot a Windows 2000/2003
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, and DHCP technologies
• Working knowledge of Routers, Switches, sniffers, SAN, NAS, NAT
• Strong IP Networking background: TCP/IP, subnet masking and Firewalls
