A London Borough is seeking to recruit an experienced Assett Manager to take the lead on an already commenced tenant Halls project. Your duties will include reviewing the current contract arrangements, with regards to legalities relating to insurance, health & safety and disability. You will also be required to liaise with tenant groups to discuss requirements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to chair meetings in a confident manner are essential. An awareness of leasehold management or housing law would be ideal.
