Do you have a passion for fitness, and enjoy helping others get in shape?
Get In Shape For Women (GISFW) is seeking highly motivated, goal oriented, fit individuals, to join our Ridgewood, NJ location. This marks the first location in New Jersey joining 32 Massachusetts locations and an additional location in Newport, RI and Westport, CT. Employees will have the opportunity to own their own studio after 12 months of employment. Some financing will be available.
Get In Shape For Women is a unique small group personal training concept for women not currently being done. Please check out: www.getinshapeforwomen.com
Our program is a progressive 60 minute workout that produces amazing results. We combine strength training machines, functional training, free weights, the best cardio equipment, and supportive nutrition as well, for a complete balanced fitness program. We check weight and body fat every 2 weeks to ensure results!
One Trainer works with up to 4 women at a time for as little as $19/session., Amazing Value!!
This fitness program has been developed from my over 18 years experience in the fitness industry. The founder, Brian Cook, has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, and has owned and operated personal training studios for 14 years. From 2001-2005 he was the Master Franchise developer in Massachusetts for Fitness Together, where he sold 60 franchises and was number one in the country 5 years running. He also owned and operated as many as 5 studios at one time.
Many of his past employees now enjoy lucrative incomes owning their own fitness studios. If you are ready to get on a fast growth path that will lead you to successful career and potentially your own studio, send us an email.
The position is definitely not for everyone, you must have a PASSION for fitness and helping others get in shape! The work schedule is 50+ hours per week. One thing I can promise you, you will be rewarded for your hard work and the results you bring to this model.
Salary: Managers $45-$70K, Full-time trainers: $45-$60k
Part-time trainers $15-20hr
