New role in for an organised and experienced candidate who can handle a team of engineers and work colleagues to make sure the companies delivered service is second to none. Ideally you will either have a Prince2 or ITEL qualification. Whilst this is desirable it is not a pre-requisite. If you have been in a similar or the same position elsewhere then I will want to here from you. The position is working for one of the most highly regarded audiovisual * videoconference solution providers in the UK today. An understanding of the installation process would be advantageous as well. In this position you will need to make sure that all Service Level Agreement are adhered to and KPIs have been met.
