Mechanical Design Engineer CAD - Hampshire £22,000 - 28,500 Permanent Plus other benefits
Description
Main Responsibility Areas, Works in product creation project under a supervision of a senior team member. Solves engineering problems with support from other team members. Is an active contributor in problem solving sessions and other team meetings.

£22-28,500 depending on experiance
Position Description:
Graduate*Junior (2 years commercial experiance) or higher Mechanical Design Engineer in product program. Main Responsibility Areas Works in product creation project under a supervision of a senior team member. Solves engineering problems with support from other team members. Is an active contributor in problem solving sessions and other team meetings.
Scope:
Participates as an individual contributor to team,
Requirements: ·HNC*HND education or better in Mechanical Enginering or Product Design
·Up to 2 years experience in mechanical design ·Proven University project work
·Developing technical ability*knowledge
·knowledge of mechanical design of plastic parts
·Participate in good design practices, DFA, FMEA, Design quality
·Learning NMP and supplier manufacturing processes and limitations.
·Detail Design of mechanical sub-systems using 2D and 3D CAD tools.
·Learning drafting skills to produce quality 2D drawings Soft Skills
·Learning about team working
·Good oral communication skills, improving written ·Learning problem solving skills, checked by immediate report
·Learning time management skills
