The successful candidate will join an established team developing a commercial software package. The work will involve all aspects of software development from requirements capture and specification, through analysis, software design, coding, testing, documentation and post delivery maintenance. In addition, the candidate will also be involved in giving support to clients, both on-site and via telephone*email.
Profile:
Well qualified, confident, articulate, adaptable and enthusiastic individual who wishes to manage the development of a well established commercial product and contribute to its future direction
ESSENTIAL:
Degree or HND in Computer Science, Maths or Science would be desirable
Experience required: A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in the development of applications on PC`s (ie commercial development against a customer requirement, rather than merely student familiarity).
Software:
- Delphi (essential).
- Java (desirable).
- XML.
- UML.
- BPML (desirable).
- HTML or Active Server Pages.
- SQL Server or Access.
