ERP Solutions company require a Contracts Administrator to provide drafting, preparation, issue and interpretation of varied contracts within the EMEA Contracts function. Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: Drafting of suitable language for contract agenda, to cover amendments to standard Software licence and Services terms and conditions, Interpretation of existing contract language, Preparation of standard form contract documents for EMEA Sales teams, Review of signed deals, Assistance to the Contracts Administrators (e.g. scanning*faxing) as necessary at fiscal month, quarter and year ends, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required: Minimum of two years previous experience of contracts drafting and preparation, 2 years previous experience within an IT Software House or IT Solutions company, Good attention to detail, Ability to remain focused and impartial under pressure from various departments, Numerate, Knowledge of basic revenue recognition rules, desirable, One European language (Spanish or Italian) in addition to English is desirable but not essential.
