Our client is truly one of the most respected companies in the recruitment market. With a huge reputation for high quality, ethics, success and for the continual development of its own consultants, our client is one of the leaders in its field.
Currently they are looking for an experienced consultant to join their finance recruitment division focussing on the Public Sector marketplace.
They have a huge portfolio of Blue Chip clients, including some of the most recognisable names in the industry and thus a client base that highlights the true commission potential on offer.
Key Responsibilities will be :
* Interviewing candidates of all levels
* Revenue Generation
* New Business Development - ad chases, cold calling, internet research, lead chasing, client contact lists
* Account Management
* Account Development - many of the key clients are only worked within a particular area, need to have the ability to network within clients
* Client Meetings - selling contingency, retainer, assessment centres, advertising - both print and internet
* Candidate management
* Matching of Clients and Candidates is obviously the key element of the role.
It is not essential for candidates to possess experience of finance recruitment, however it is esential that they have the following:
* Either a strong recruitment background or 2 years+ strong new business-to-business sales experience
* Stable career history
* Degree calibre
* Highly professional and strong in face-to-face situations
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Desire to succeed and develop career
