Here at C&M Recruitment in Manchester City Centre, we are seeking an Operations Executive to join out busy team.
The purpose of the role is to assist the sales consultants with all support aspects of the sales team in order to provide a more swift and proactive approach to our clients and candidates needs at all times.
Day to day duties will include call handling, acknowledging all incoming CVs by post and email and loading details on company database, screening calls, preparation of weekly and monthly stats, First line support for IT and Telecoms, meeting and greeting candidates, ordering stationary, dealing with all suppliers such as cleaners, booking staff events and staff travel, being first point of contact for the health & safety & fire policies and procedures and quality requirements of the office, by undertaking any tasks necessary to ensure this, diary management of staff holidays, sickness and client visits,
Experience required - Previous sales support within a recruitment environment would be an advantage, proven administrative experience within an office environment is essential as are excellent IT skills especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Good typing skills and an excellent and professional telephone manner are also essential.
