Our client, a specialist recruiter in the IT market, are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Chelmsford as a result of company expansion.
Applicants must be experienced in the full recruitment process, and accomplished in business development. The emphasis in this role is to win new business through selling yourself and the services you provide. In addition you must have commercial awareness, exemplary communication skills, and an ability to build strong working relationships.
Ideally you will have over 2 years experience within IT recruitment either as Senior consultant or looking to move into the role of Senior consultant, though experience in related sectors will be considered. Proven billing capability is essential.
Basic salary up to Ј25,000 dependent on experience, plus commission.
