Qualified accountant with first time passes, 5+ Years Product Control experience and a strong numerical background. Work experience should be sufficient to have developed an in-depth appreciation of Financial Control requirements for valuations. · First Class Interpersonal Skills - for interaction at all levels in the organisation and with overseas offices. · Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire & motivate team & stakeholders at all levels · First class team skills · Good PC skills - spreadsheets (for building small scale valuation*provision models), word processing and databases. · Ability to drive and manage projects to completion. · Ability to work as part of a small team, including colleagues in Finance, Risk and Front Office. · Ability to discuss technical valuation issues with Front Office, Market Risk and Finance staff and senior management. · Detailed knowledge of product valuation and risk management techniques. · Skills to manage projects to completion. · Understanding of IT issues relating to system valuations. · Ability to see the big picture.
