The Company

This is a well established company based in Madrid. The company is involved in investments to the British public. As their business continues to expand there is a need to continually add to the establishment to cope with the growing business. We are now recruiting for May*June*July starters


The Role

The job involves calling potential clients who have responded to our mailshots and requested information. They are qualified investors and it will be the successful candidate?s job to inform them of our services and to convince them that what we have to offer is the best service in the financial investment industry. You will be recommending investment opportunities in the stock market, of which all the research will have already been taken care of. It will be your job to then, once having gained a client, to keep him*her fully informed and to assume the role of adviser to that client. Thus gaining repeat business over the years with that client and as many more clients as they can handle.
For every recommendation taken up you will then be expected to follow up, making sure the client is aware of payment methods and that he*she clears each transaction on time. Client management will be dealt with the utmost professionalism from start to finish under our guidance. You will never be acting as a broker*trader and will never handle any monies. You will only ever act in an advisory role.
You will need to keep your notes fully up to date after each telephone call (notes on your system under the lead*client name is essential). You will be trained daily and the system used could not be simpler. You will be expected to work long hours in order to speak to everyone as all leads*clients will be available at different times of the day*evening.





Remuneration

Up to 5% on all deals built up monthly with a further 2% potential on everything on a quarterly basis.
Easy target is $150,000 a month though you should be aiming at $400,000. As a guide $170,000 per month would give an income of circa GBP £3,500

An apartment is provided for the first 3 to 4 months along with living expenses. Travel expenses are also paid. Candidates are not expected to have to use their own savings whilst they build up their commission. Candidates will start earning in the first month and at the low end will already be earning GBP £3,500 by the end of month 3 and those who are really successful are usually earning in the order of GBP £10,000 per month within 6-8 months. Earnings are uncapped so some will earn more than this.

You will put value on developing ongoing relationships with clients rather than a ?quick kill? philosophy. This will make the role more rewarding and increase your earnings potential.

Candidates are not required to speak Spanish or have any sort of financial services background.

Following Initial telephone interviews with The Sales Recruitment Network candidates are required to be available for an interview with the client in Central London on 29th April.

Successful candidates are likely to be required in Madrid *May*June*July depending on individual circumstances and notice periods.
