Based in Carshalton in Surrey. The job holder will be accountable for the effective day to day control of the administrative*operational tasks assigned to them in support of the account. Where direct customer contact is involved, to actively encourage a harmonious response and to ensure that the activity is carried out in a courteous and efficient manner.Key accountabilities:§ Update the clients web based fault logging system on a job by job basis§ To monitor call received time and record actual arrival time at customer’s premises upon feedback from operational workforce. To provide an update on service request status to our customers, electronically or verbally, as requested. To provide the management team with weekly*monthly reports on reactive and planned works. To assist in general administration duties as and when required.§ To liaise with Management*supervisory team prior to service request failure and to agree a positive way forward whilst keeping the customer informed.Requirements & Qualifications § Formal business administration qualifications are highly valued but are not a pre-requisite for the role.§ Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering an accurate, detailed high quality administrative service to both external and internal customers are a pre-requisite.§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.§ IT literacy, preferably with experience of working with WINDOWS, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc, ideally with a working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing.PRIOR EXPERIENCEPreferably a minimum of one year’s experience in a computerised Help Desk*customer Service Desk role. Experience with working in a team environment would be an advantage.
