Job Title: Post Room Assistant Salary: £13’500 Based: Warwick Technology Park Permanent Ref: KEPO2 Our client an established and successful UK Facilities Management organisation is seeking a professional and focused individual to join their team. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive mail room and customer service support. Duties: Manage loading bay operation Inputting and recording incoming and outgoing deliveries Manual handling deliveries Sorting and distributing post Handling all department telephone enquires The successful candidate will have: 1-2 years experience of working within a similar role. Basic IT skills Good telephone skills.
