The announcement text: A confident Office Manager with excellent team leadership skills is required.You will have excellent IT Skills on Microsoft products (word,excel and Outlook), good solid administration experience, 3 years experience at a supervisory level and ideally experience in sub-contract or purchase ledger. You will be flexible, numerate and able to multi task and have excellent communication skills and a first class telephone manner. You will monitor the day to day activities of the team, identify areas for improvement, analysing problems and look for solutions, act as Chairperson at monthly admin meetings, carry out development reviews and other staff issues. You will be a professional team player with a high respect for confidentiality displaying a friendly manner, helpful approach whilst maintaining a consistent attitude when dealing with team members in order to ensure fairness and equality.For a full job spec please contact claire@bigfish-recruitment.com.
