One of our clients a Merchant Bank located in the heart of the City is seeking an experienced and well presented individual to provide a first class reception service. You will be required to cover the front desk reception area, meeting and greeting visitors and internal employees. The ideal candidate must have a mature outlook and possess an excellent telephone manner. In addition you must have intermediate IT skills using Word, Excel and Outlook. It would be desirable to have previous experience using the Ericsson Switchboard and worked continuously for a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
This is a temporary to permanent position with a period of 3 months probation, the client is offering a generous benefits package. Working hours are from 8am-4.30pm with an hour for lunch. Client will be holding interviews week commencing 15th August with a view to recruit by the 25th August. Therefore candidates on notice periods longer than two weeks will not be considered at this time. Please contact Karen Ellis to arrange an appointment to register for this vacancy.
