A great opportunity has arisen to join this established and growing travel company as a retail manager*team leader looking after one of their new shops in Bristol. You will be running your shop like your own business, setting and achieving targets, recruiting staff, looking after customer service issues, setting rotas, carrying out appraisals as well as selling. You will get a gurantee in your first year of 23,000, on target earnings of between 30,000*35,000 plus excellent benefits.
