Reporting to the Head of Relationship Marketing, the product manager will evaluate, support & monitor the loyalty marketing programs and manage their future development. This includes the overseeing the day-to-day operations of the direct marketing agency, development of new loyalty programs, ongoing enhancement of existing loyalty programs as well as management of all operational communications and development of effective acquisition campaigns.
You will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years direct marketing experience, demonstrable experience in managing and developing loyalty programs both B-to-B and B-to-C, demonstrable experience in managing complex, data driven, direct marketing campaigns on time and within budget, and experience in managing a direct marketing agency and cost reduction programs. You will have the ability to influence & manage activity across corporate markets & franchisees, excellent project management & organisational skills have commercial flair with the ability to plan & deliver complex projects & maintain composure when under pressure.
